What is Sweet Support?
Sweet Support is a live website support assistant. It allows operators to chat to clients in real-time via a simple-to-use web-based interface. It also comes with a desktop application to allow you to chat with your website visitors without even launching a browser.

- Login fields
- Login button - multi-function - also logs out
- Online status button - green for online, red for offline/invisible
- Checkbox to hide your online status
- XML Config - Allows the creation of custom 'sweet_config.xml' files
- Operator Admin - Allows the adding, removal and modification of operator accounts
- View session transcript
- Join (hijack) session
- Permanently delete session record from database
- Refresh the sessions table
- Show only live or active sessions
- Change the refresh rate of the sessions table - increase this for a better (but slower) performance
- Reset Visitors - empty the visitor table in the database
- Checkbox to auto-refresh the visitors table
- How often to auto-refresh the visitors table
- Manually refresh the visitors table
- When checked, you will receive a pop-up alert when a new support request is made
- When checked, a sound will play when a new request support is received
- Mark the selected request as 'waiting' (appears amber in the list)
- Mark the selected request as 'active' (appears green in the list)
- Mark the selected request as 'completed' (appears grey in the list)
- Permanently delete the selected request from the database
- Manually refresh the requests table
- Click this to initiate a new session with the selected client
- Change the refresh rate of the requests table - increase this for a better (but slower) performance
Licensing
Sweet Support can be run 10 times as a trial demo. After this, the software will be restricted and you'll need to pay for a license to continue using it.
